1. Agreement to Terms

2. Services Provided

Aarambh Agency provides professional digital growth solutions including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Marketing, Paid Ads & Lead Generation, Custom Web Design & Development, E-Commerce Stores, Branding & Identity, Content Creation, and AI & Business Automation. Every project is executed under a defined scope of work agreed upon prior to kickoff.

3. Intellectual Property & Ownership

We believe in total client empowerment. Once final payment for a custom website or branding project is completed in full, full ownership rights and project source code transfer to the client. Aarambh Agency retains the right to display non-confidential project visuals and case study summaries in our agency portfolio and marketing materials unless a specific NDA is executed.

4. Client Responsibilities

Timely delivery depends on reciprocal collaboration. Clients are expected to provide necessary feedback, brand assets, credentials, and written content in accordance with project milestones. Delays in client approvals may adjust estimated delivery dates.

5. Payment Terms & Retainers

Project milestones, deposit requirements, and monthly retainers are clearly specified in each client proposal or invoice. Retainer services (such as monthly SEO or paid ads management) operate on a recurring cycle with clear performance deliverables.

6. Limitation of Liability

While Aarambh Agency employs industry best practices and proven growth frameworks, digital marketing outcomes and search engine ranking algorithms depend on numerous third-party factors outside direct control. We make no guarantees of specific external market results beyond our dedicated professional execution.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and any related agreements are governed by the laws of Gujarat, India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
